Skillet Queso Save

For as long as... EVER, eating at Chili's means starting with chips & queso, right? ("skillet queso" if you're formal) Their unique blend of cheese and chili, with the little meatwads, is unlike anything else.

But back in October, some new Chili's chef (WTH, that shouldn't even be a thing) decided to replace the ol' standby skillet queso with an improved version. And just like that, a delicious Chili's favorite was gone!

But apparently, I wasn't alone in my disappointment.

Social media has spoken. The chef has come down from his high altar. Happy days are here again!

It's baaaaaaaack! Like it never left.
And Chili's is back in my good graces.

Crisis averted. All is right with the world again.
