That's what I used to say...

For at least the last decade, when Jenny would ask what I want, or want to do for my birthday, I have always included that phrase.

"I have never held a monkey."

Not as a request. Not a suggestion. Not even explicitly a want. But yeah, it is pretty heavily implied: I want a monkey!

But ya know, not realistically. And, ya know, at least a decade. So... more of a long running joke than a request. At least to me.

Saturday night... annual pizza & pinball birthday bash... <ding dong>...
