GoRuck Dallas

Ya know, I am never going to run a marathon. Nope. No way. Never. But back in March, when a friend posted a photo of himself finishing a 26.2 mile team ruck event... hmm... the gears started turning.
It's just walking. 🤔
Our backpacks are about that weight when we hike. 🤔
We could do this! 😲

Officially... "Rucking is what US military units call hiking under load. Very simply, it's walking a set distance while carrying weight in a backpack or rucksack."

For this event... 3 liters of water + the required ruck weight: 20 pounds for men, 10 pounds for women.
ALL IN ~30 POUNDS: 20 pound vest & rucksack with water, electrolytes, bars and battery

After a summer of training in the heat, and a shorter trial event, it's time to rally the friends and GORUCK Dallas!
