TCHS is Out of This World for the 2024 Homecoming season, and things are happening all around! First up, Danielle was invited to go to the dance with a guy she talks to and walks in the halls with at school and hangs with at church youth group. (They are not dating, because 14 is too young to be dating.😉) It was a pretty cool invitation, though timing was not much of a surprise.

Homecoming week includes an exciting school parade that gives all the clubs, sports teams and feeder schools an opportunity to be out in the community. The volleyball team's clever "space" theme for their float was: Minions Steal the Moon!

The parade ended at the high school with a pep rally. All the groups were announced and got to run across the field. (BTW: The bright yellow made it super easy to spot our people on the field!) Check out the exciting, but not-so-graceful, volleyball entrance:
The homecoming court was announced, as well as the winning parade float. And the parade winner was: TCHS Volleyball Team!! The prize: bragging rights and the satisfaction of a job well done.
Up next: the festivities culminate at the homecoming dance!
