The night after Naomi departed and all through the house

not a creature was stirring not even a ... (well, that's another story for another day)

But it has quieted down.

We loved having Naomi back in our presence for the last 4ish weeks! While home, she had reclaimed "her spot" on the couch and at the table. Her shoes were added to the pile at the bottom of the stairs. Her water bottle and car was ever present. And her late night security checks appreciated, her footsteps upstairs comforting. 

In the final couple days before her return to A&M, we fit in all the regular food stops: Friday night at Angelina's, Saturday lunch at ChickFilA and dinner at Tony's. Yum.

And then, just like that, it was time for her to load up and begin her journey south for another exciting semester of engineering classes. No worries, she's got this. Gig'em Naomi!
