With the memories of Sno-vid / Snomageddon back in February of 2021 now fading and a year removed from the icy school closings in February of 2023, it was time for another round of legit snow! (Seems to be a pattern of winter precipitation about every other year 🤔)
All sizes of snowflakes fell off and on throughout most of the day on Thursday. The temperature went up (a little) late in the day, and the snow started to turn a little slushy. No snowman making on Thursday, but we did venture out to experience the moment!
Happy to be just inside the snowy path of this winter storm! It was a nice scene outside our window, but nothing to extreme or long-lasting.
For posterity: School and work were closed for 2 days. Unofficial measurement: 3 inches.
