Spring Break for a busy engineering student looks a little different than it does for other college students. Granted, my sample size is exactly one student—but I’m sticking to my data.
Naomi arrived home a week ago, hungry, tired and ready to chill after an intense first-half-of-the-semester filled with assignments, labs, competitions and exams. While Danielle was still in school, we had planned on doing at least a bit of staycation stuff with Naomi. However, Naomi's plan? Do nothing!
She didn't exactly do nothing...
Her and Danielle made time to go see Scream 7 together.
We checked off a couple must-eat restaurants (Angelina's and Tony's).
Naomi met up with Mimi and Pa at my office for lunch.
She logged several hours playing Fortnight.
She helped her future self by completing a bit of homework at the Frisco library. (She does love all libraries!)
(And yet, we managed to get no pictures of any of it. Wha?!)
It was the most engineering-esque spring break possible: efficient use of downtime, strategic food stops, and a full system reboot! Documentation optional.
