Under Our Roof: Patch Work

If you have been following all the action under our roof lately and you are familiar with project planning, this update is a case of:

• Must be done after this
• Must be done before this...coming soon!

(NOTE: I'm thankful to Jeff, who is orchestrating all the moving parts...)

The upstairs leak has been remedied, so it is time to fix the hole in our bedroom ceiling! Jeff found a handy sheetrock guy. (Apparently, this is a job that has a plethora of people, so it was easy to get this guy scheduled.)

Prepare the area

Install the new sheetrock

Secure the new sheetrock

Not shown: filling the gaps and adding texture.

Complete!

It took a few hours and it looks great! This has to dry for a couple days and then we will paint it!

NOTE: This guy also filled the gap in the upstairs bathroom.
