I love it! And like The Amazing Race and The Mandalorian, it's one of our family things. Season 5 has just come and gone, and somehow it did not disappoint! No small task when expectations are so high.

The series finale tied up all the major story arcs, had epic moments for each of the characters (and there are alot), pulled alot of emotional strings, and ended with a moment of symmetry, taking us back to the beginning while also looking ahead. And... and... and... one of those scenes that leaves ya wondering a little bit. Some people hate this kind of ambiguity. Some people state they know(!) what it means. Other people say they know(!) what it means, while providing a completely different explanation! I just enjoy the mystery in the unknown.

But now... it's over. And I feel a bit melancholy that another family thing is gone.

But we don't have to let it go quietly.

Escape room? Immersive art? We're not sure quite sure what to expect.

Turns out, it's a bit escape room, a bit haunted house, and pretty good dose of lore, all set in Hawkins, and ultimately The Upside Down. And very intense! Danielle was a bit overwhelmed at times, but she wasn't the only one. A few strangers kept sidling up, trying to use me as a shield. (which actually gave my family a chuckle, helping em cope in the moment)

So, pretty much just like living an episode of Stranger Things itself! Regardless of the various reactions above, we all agreed it was very authentic and very well done. Super cool! 👍
